Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of farm products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a return or refund if:
- Products received are significantly different from the description
- Products are damaged or spoiled upon delivery
- Wrong items were delivered
- Quantity is significantly less than ordered
How to Request a Return/Refund
- Document the issue: Take clear photos/videos of the product showing the problem
- Report within 24 hours: Contact us through the app or email with your order details and photos
- Wait for review: Our team will review your complaint and contact the vendor
- Resolution: Based on the review, we'll arrange for replacement, refund, or partial refund
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been consumed or used
- Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Minor variations in size, color, or appearance (natural for farm products)
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Online payments: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund will be credited to your Jaikisan wallet or bank account
- Partial refunds: May be offered based on the extent of the issue
Note: We encourage direct communication between buyers and vendors to resolve minor issues. Most vendors are happy to make things right for their customers.
