Bus Parcel Delivery - How It Works
For Customers:
- Place your order and select "Bus Parcel Delivery"
- Farmer packs and sends your parcel through a bus
- You receive SMS with bus details and tracking info
- Collect your parcel from the destination bus stand
- Show your receipt/tracking code to collect
Delivery Charges:

Important Information
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the vendor's location and chosen delivery method. Self pickup is instant, vendor delivery is usually same day or next day, and bus parcel delivery takes 1-2 days.
Packaging
All products are packed carefully to maintain freshness. Perishable items are packed in suitable containers. For bus parcel, items are packed in sturdy boxes.
Communication
You can communicate directly with vendors through our messaging system or WhatsApp (if enabled by vendor) to coordinate delivery timing.
Safety
All our vendors are verified. For bus parcel, always verify the parcel before accepting. Report any issues immediately through the app.
